The Equipment Value is really only what i am looking for back, as i have earned good money from the equipment and customers over a few years of steady work that we are the first choice for any of the cleaning services we offer to these 3 large companies, (Just had a call for Drain Jetting from one of these customers). For the new owner of this Equipment i shall introduce yourself to these people myself (Will not give any customer names until the buyer has signed paperwork) and then it is all yours to run with and carry out the work and grow the business to what you want it to become, all i can say of these customers is that they are not going to stop what they are doing but increase their work load, but as of last year’s work we carried out with these customers i have the invoices, but this is forecast to be 10 times that over the next few years with one customer alone. I will sign a contract to state that i will not have any rights to the type of work with these customers. All the Equipment is good used condition and is very reliable, not cheap DIY or Chinese rubbish but real industrial equipment that you can run for 10 Hours a Day if required earning good money for very low running costs. The Yanmar, Tank, Reel Etc are all mounted in a Van at the moment (running of van 12 v battery) so can be seen running before i remove this, so the new buyer would require a Van or a good 8X4 Trailer, all other equipment can be tested before handing over any cash. I would be willing to show any new buyer the ropes for a day or two and can help them set the equipment up for them, but is not hard just power from a battery and fixings to bolt or straps to hold the Machine & Tank down.
